1920’s New Years Party

Better late than never right?! I can’t believe we got to host our own New Years Eve party! And it be 1920’s themed!! Everyone showed up dressed the nines! Charleston is one of the best places to celebrate New Year’s, however all the places charge $125 + and it’s hard getting everyone to spend that much money for one night and agreeing on the place. So why not just have a house party right? Well, you can’t just have any house party..in order to host something on such a big holiday, you have to go big!! Thank goodness for rental companies, right? 😉
glass block vases $5 // gold candle sticks (thrifted- similar!) // gold disposable silverware $14 75pck// champagne flutes $17 40pck // small glass candles $5 for 12pck // tablecloths // feathers
First off, going with chic disposable (yes, I just said that haha) plates, flutes (which we cleaned and saved), utensils, really help for an easy clean up! Plus, no one is breaking anything 😉
Gatsby 1920’s attire
embellished long sleeve dress with underlay
black suit jacket // black suit pants // white dress shirt // bow tie
DIY “sparkler” cocktail stirs using toothpicks and tinsel!
Having a ballOON drop was the best idea while watching the ball drop in Time Square!
Hope everyone had a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Keep checking back for the video I plan to post! 🙂
love the post!.

Very beautiful styling. You look divine, like a real gracious Lady. You look great with a cigarette.
