It’s ironic how I go to buy Starbucks Blonde coffee and after I go home I realize I bought whole bean instead of the regular ground coffee.. (my blonde moment)
I’ve never grounded coffee beans before, I didn’t own a coffee grinder and I wasn’t about to go back to Walmart to return it. I NEEDED coffee!!
So I found my mortar and pestle set, that I have never used and didn’t know why I bought it, and started grinding!!

It worked!! Now, the taste test. I wasn’t sure if it was the new coffee I had never tried before or the fact that it was SOOOO fresh! I in appropriately yelled “SWEET JESUS!” after my first sip. It was heavenly. I will never go back to buying coffee grounds.
